Boost Your Immune System

Our body is designed to combat diseases and foreign invaders naturally. Our immune system is responsible for fighting against potential damage causing factors. The system is comprised of a specially designed network of cells, protein, tissues, and organs. The whole network works together under the supervision of our nervous system.

 When the immune system of our body is functioning properly, it miraculously detects a potential threat to our body, caused by microorganisms like parasites, viruses, and bacteria. In response to these threats, the immune system triggers our body cells to generate the required chemical structures to combat against perils.

The human body is not considered healthy if the immune system is not efficient enough to protect you against harmful diseases. In case a person gets sick very frequently –it means that the immune system of the body is not working properly, this condition is known as immunodeficiency.

To improve the functioning of your immune system the best way is to eat healthy and adopt a healthy lifestyle. 6.    Turmeric

Turmeric herb has magical phytochemical properties which helps to cure chronic diseases and improve overall health. The volatile oils found in the herbs are zingiberene, turmerone, and atlantone. It also consists of varieties of sugars, proteins, and resins.
